Fried eggs with baby squids, from the Restaurant El Quim de la Boqueria.
Recipe for a person.

 

Ingredients: 2 eggs. 100 grams of baby squids. 1 garlic clove. 1 hot pepper. Olive oil. Maldon salt. Pepper.

 

Preparation: 1. Fry  the eggs in a pan with plenty of olive oil.
Finely slice the garlic clove and brown it in a pan with a little oil and chili. Add the squids when you the garlic clove has browned, and go on cooking to get the squids cooked. Serve the squids on the eggs with a pinch of Maldon salt and pepper.
